Email encryption
Bank level encryption
SecMail® service directly supports and uses the TLS/SSL - so called bank level - encryption in email connections, which support the encryption both at the sending and receiving server. On the basis of current knowledge, third party tapping, examining and following the content of the email traffic is hardly realistic over a TLS/SSL encrypted email connection.
Automatic encryption
Bank level encryption is performed automatically with all the servers that support TLS/SSL encryption. The number of servers that can perform the encryption has increased remarkably in recent years and today almost all major commercial email service providers support automatic encryption of email connections.
The following graph presents the encrypted email connection provided by SecMail® Email Security.
